Install Internal App (Ad Hoc)

To install our internal app, we need to register your device with Apple first. Please follow these steps:

Step-by-Step: Send Your Device ID (UDID)

1. Open Safari on your iPhone.
2. Go to https://get.udid.io.
3. Follow the instructions to install the temporary profile.
4. Once you see your UDID, tap “Send UDID via Email”.
5. Send the email to our tech team (e.g. ios@yourcompany.com).

Why this is needed: Apple requires us to register your device ID before you can install the app.
